DR CHRISTOPHER CHEOK INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH
Dr Christopher Cheok is currently the Vice Chairman Medical Board (National Addictions Management Service), Institute of Mental Health. He is a Senior Consultant psychiatrist and a visiting consultant to the Singapore Armed Forces and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He is also a member of the medical board of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
During his career with the Singapore Armed Forces, Dr Christopher Cheok has been the Commanding Officer of Medical Classification Centre, the Deputy Commander of the Military Medicine Institute and the Head of the Psychological Care Centre. He has served in peacekeeping mission in East Timor and in humanitarian relief mission during the Asian Tsunami.
TARUN MATHUR SynPhNe
Tarun Mathur is the Director of SynPhNe, a group of committed scientists, therapists, clinicians, teachers, students, industry players, artists, designers, engineers and regular people who have the greater good at heart.
Together with his colleagues at SynPhNe, he aims to contribute his area of expertise and experience to help develop a viable system which will establish and sustain empowerment in the people to take charge of their own health and recovery process. Tarun is involved in mentoring his team to help them grow from a research group into a company.
Tarun is also a Director at Elephant Strategy & Design.
CHAN LI SHAN NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICES SINGAPORE
Chan Li Shan woks for the National Council of Social Service Singapore.
Winner of ‘Most Promising Advocate’ at the inaugural Singapore Advocacy Awards in 2014, and the youngest Singapore to successfully publish a first-person mental health narrative in 2012 entitled, ‘A Philosopher’s Madness’ published by Ethos Books in Singapore, Li Shan uses her lived experience of schizophrenia for the benefit of other persons with mental health issues, caregivers, the mental health sector, and the wider community.
PETER SOH LONG XI AWARDS
Peter Soh has been in the thick of it for the last thirty years. He was Chief Creative Officer os Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China and Widely believed to be the most handsome man to have sat on its Worldwide Creative Board.
He has been hailed as one of the mechanics of the Chinese advertising boom and the co-founder of the Chinese language LongXi Awards.
