PROJECT DESCRIPTION

BURST THE SILENCE

Burst the Silence is a project that aims to

de-stigmatise mental health issues among youths in Singapore. It is a place where people can come and tell their story of Depression and Anxiety and show that you do not have to suffer Mental illness alone.
