• You will receive a shipment detail through email once your package has been dispatched.

• DesignForGood will not be accountable for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.

To return or exchange an order, items must be sent to our office for inspection and the following conditions must be met:

• Within 5 days of receipt
• Invoice available (print or online)
• Original condition (unused, unwashed) and tags intact
• Original packaging
