To return or exchange an order, items must be sent to our office for inspection and the following conditions must be met:

-          Within 5 days of receipt

-          Invoice available (print or online)

-          Original condition (unused, unwashed) and tags intact

-          Original packaging

• You will receive a shipment detail through email once your package has been dispatched.
• DesignForGood will not be accountable for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.
