ABOUT THE TRAINER

Francisca was born in Santiago, Chile. She migrated to Paris, France, to study Contemporary Dance, and then moved to New York City to pursue a dance career. NY became her home for 13 years.

 

She studied Klein Technique with Susan Klein and Barbara Mahler (1997 - 2008) and this enriched her dancing tremendously. She performed for independent companies throughout the years, and since 2005 has been choreographing her own works.

 

She has been teaching Gyrotonic exercise since 2002, and Pilates since 2015. 

 

She is also a certified Zero Balancer since 2015, helping people enhance their lives, improve their quality of life and empower their own lives.

 

In 2012, Gyrotonic exercise brought her to Singapore and she is thrilled to continue to help people move better, connect in their bodies, and find centeredness and wholeness.
